Marketing Manager
Full-Time, Salaried, In-Person in Charlottesville, VA
The Virginia Film Festival and Virginia Theatre Festival seek a full-time Marketing Manager. The position shapes and executes the marketing and promotional strategy for both Festivals.
2026 Internship Program
The VAFF hosts an intensive internship program each Fall that gives UVA students hands-on experience in all aspects of planning and running a five-day festival. Our paid internships are open only to current, full-time University of Virginia students. Our 2026 pay rate is $13.00/hour.
