Box Office Sales Staff
- Contract Dates: 10/14/26 – 10/26/26
- Pay Rate: $18/hour
- Description: The Virginia Film Festival is accepting applications for a team of 8-12 Box Office Sales Staff positions. This dynamic team will work during the week-long Film Festival in the VAFF Headquarters, located at Violet Crown on the Downtown Mall, and in various screening locations. The Box Office Staff will provide excellent customer service while handling cash, credit cards, and all additional ticketing transactions during VAFF events. These positions will maintain the utmost professionalism while representing the Festival to the University and local communities.

Festival Driver
- Contract Dates: 10/19/26 – 10/26/26
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
- Description: The Virginia Film Festival is accepting applications for a team of drivers to cover the AM/PM and overnight shifts during the week of the 2026 Film Festival. Drivers are needed to provide rides for Festival industry guests to and from the airport, their hotel, and various Festival venues during their stay in Charlottesville.

2026 Internship Program
The VAFF hosts an intensive internship program each Fall that gives UVA students hands-on experience in all aspects of planning and running a five-day festival. Our paid internships are open only to current, full-time University of Virginia students.
The application window for our 2026 Fall Internship program has closed. We will begin recruiting our 2027 Fall Internship cohort in the early 2027.
