Hoos Internship Accelerator Program - Patron Engagement Project

Hoos Internship Accelerator (HIA) is a new summer internship program supported by the UVA Career Center and UVA Alumni Association to connect 500 rising third- and fourth-year students with virtual, skill-building, internship experiences. The VAFF’s Patron Engagement Project Internship is part of the HIA and is an 8-week internship projected to begin June 21, 2021.

The Patron Engagement Intern will create digital marketing strategies and content aimed at engaging current VA Film Festival donors, sponsors, patrons as well as attracting new prospects. This is a dual research and implementation position, where the incumbent will both develop the plans for a digital marketing campaign to be implemented August through October leading up to the Film Festival as well as create and implement pre-season content during the internship across digital channels.
