Discussant Badge & Tickets To Screenings
Discussant Badges and Required COVID Tests
You can pick up your Discussant Badge, along with any COVID tests you need for your time at the festival, at the Filmmakers & Sponsors Lounge at The Whiskey Jar (details below).
The COVID tests you receive will be rapid antigen tests that can be self-administered and will deliver results in 10-15 mins. You will be required to take a COVID test each day you are scheduled to participate on stage at a VAFF screening or event.
If you receive a negative test result, please text or email our Guest Services Coordinator Caky Winsett your name and a photo of the completed test to 901-628-8855 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also bring a negative test result to the Filmmakers & Sponsors Lounge to show VAFF in person.
If you receive a positive test result, please call Caky at 901-628-8855 immediately to discuss the next steps.
Please note that the Whiskey Jar is not open on Sunday, October 31. If your event is on Sunday, you will need to collect your COVID test during the open hours of the Whiskey Jar. If this is not possible, please contact Caky Winsett.
