I Saw the Light

I Saw the Light FINAL Image

I Saw the Light tells the story of the iconic singer-songwriter Hank Williams, who revolutionized country music with his raw charisma, haunting voice, and original songs. Tom Hiddleston’s standout performance as the prolific artist brings intense vulnerability to Williams’s personal struggles with addiction and turbulent relationship with his wife, failed musician Audrey. Williams’s ability to write songs covering a wide range of emotions, using his own personal troubles as inspiration, led to his meteoric rise to fame before his tragic death at the age of 29. During his six years on the country music scene, he created hits that are still beloved today and contributed to country music’s status as the most popular genre in America. Discussion with writer-director and producer Marc Abraham and actors Cherry Jones and Maddie Hasson
