Newlyweds Soo-jin and Hyun-su face a serious test in their marriage when Soo-jin awakens one evening to find Hyun-su sitting up and declaring that “someone’s inside” before suddenly falling into a deep sleep. In the following nights, Hyun-su’s strange nighttime behaviors become increasingly unsettling, marked by disturbing sleepwalking episodes he has no memory of the following day.

As these troubling events unfold, their relationship becomes strained, and a pregnant Soo-jin begins to fear for her and her child’s safety amidst Hyun-su’s nightmarish sleep episodes. Despite seeking answers from medical professionals, they find no real solutions, leading Soo-jin to seek out a shaman who suggests that her husband’s condition may have a paranormal origin. Writer and Director Jason Yu skillfully crafts a thrilling narrative highlighting the domestic peril that can come with the new territories of marriage and parenthood.

“A directorial debut of poised peril that should inspire both laughs and a few sleepless nights”
The Daily Beast, Nick Schager
