Spencer

During her Christmas holidays with the royal family at the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, England, Princess Diana reexamines her marriage with Prince Charles and wrestles with the decision to leave the royal family for good. Featuring Kristen Stewart as Diana Spencer, this biographical film is an introspective reimagining of how a woman decides, somehow, not to be the queen over the course of three fateful days in history. With stunning cinematography and a gorgeous backdrop, this film is an expressionistic, intimate examination of one of the 20th century’s most iconic figures. Introduction by Jody Kielbasa (VAFF)
