Kostis, an atypical middle-aged man, is the newly appointed doctor on a hedonistic Greek island. Unlike most men of his age, Kostis has no family of his own and is unable to resist the merciless passage of time. When summer arrives at the thriving vacation destination, a young tourist, Anna, invites Kostis to tag along with her group of hard-partying friends. Kostis obsesses over Anna and goes out of his way to impress her. What begins as a rediscovery of his lost-long youth slowly grows into a fixation, as Kostis is willing to do whatever it takes to keep Anna close.
