Outside a nightclub a young Spanish woman meets four local Berliners who promise to show her the real side of the city. As her flirtation with one of them, Sonne, deepens into something more, he convinces her to help them repay a dangerous debt as their getaway driver in a bank heist. The night takes on an ever more menacing and lethal character, and what started out as an innocent adventure quickly spirals out of control. As dawn approaches, they must address the inevitable, all-or-nothing struggle for survival. Shot in a single, unedited take, this international thriller received the prestigious Silver Bear award at the Berlin International Film Festival for its intrepid cinematography.
