The Virginia Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted to the Festival for promotional purposes. The Virginia Film Festival is hereby granted the right to screen any film submitted.  The Student Director(s) submitting the film hereby warrants that he/she is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. By checking the appropriate boxes on this submission form, the Student Director(s) warrants that he/she has read and will abide by all the Competition Rules and Regulations.
The Student Director(s) affirm the film does not contain visual images (photographs, video clips, pictures) that are not the original work of the Student Director(s), in the public domain, or used without the written permission of the original artist. *
