Development Coordinator: The VAFF’s Development Coordinator works to concierge ticket requests and provide excellent customer service to donors, sponsors, guests, VIPs, and other Stakeholders.

- Pay Rate: $25/hour
- Hours/Week: 15-20+

Guest Services Coordinator: In the leadup to the 2026 Virginia Film Festival, we will be bringing on 2 Guest Services Coordinators to organize travel, accommodations, and other logistics for VAFF artists and guest visitors.

Marketing Coordinator: The VAFF’s Marketing & Communications Coordinator will work with Festival staff to plan and implement social media and targeted marketing campaigns around the 5-day Festival. The position will also support copywriting, media relations, events, and community outreach.

2026 Internship Program
The VAFF hosts an intensive internship program each Fall that gives UVA students hands-on experience in all aspects of planning and running a five-day festival. Our paid internships are open only to current, full-time University of Virginia students.
The application window for our 2026 Fall Internship program has closed. We will begin recruiting our 2027 Fall Internship cohort in the early 2027.
