Irma is a strategic business executive who excels at translating customer needs into innovative marketing and commercial strategies to drive revenue.  She is an accomplished brand strategist with expertise leading the development of the growth and innovation agenda.  Irma excels at bringing forth data-driven strategies that cut through complexity.  Her broad experience gives her the background to guide growth-seeking companies as a board member.

Irma founded R² Strategic Solutions, a consultancy that advises CEOs, CMOS and Board. She brings experience as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Randstad, the world’s leading human resources services company. She also brings experience from her years at The Coca-Cola Company leading the brand growth strategy for large, well-established brands like Diet Coke, and for small, entrepreneurial brands like Odwalla.

Irma is on the boards of Health-Ade, a gut-health beverage company, and Employ Inc, a private software company.  She was also recently selected to be a Fellow of the Nasdaq & Just Capital backed Stakeholder Leadership & Governance Institute and is an active member of OnBoard and Extraordinary Women on Boards and ASCEND Pinnacle. In addition, Irma is a founding board member for the non-profits 48in48 and ECHHA.

Irma has a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce at UVA and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business.  She lives in Atlanta with her husband and has two children.
