Rebe Malaret, a film and television producer, works in development on the Originals team at the Emmy-award winning production company Boardwalk Pictures (Welcome to Wrexham, Chef’s Table, Cheer, The Big Brunch, Pepsi, Where’s My Jet?, Last Chance U). Previously, Rebe held roles in programming at ARRAY (Colin in Black & White, Queen Sugar), and in Film & TV Development at Hello Sunshine (The Morning Show, Little Fires Everywhere), JuVee Productions (The First Lady), and Cold Iron Pictures (Swiss Army Man, Don’t Think Twice). She began her journey in the industry as an intern and staff member at the Virginia Film Festival. Rebe holds an MFA from USC in the Peter Stark Film & Television Producing program. A proud former UVA cheerleader, she earned her undergraduate degree in Media Studies and Arts Administration with a filmmaking focus at the University of Virginia, minoring in Leadership at the McIntire School of Commerce.
