Captured by Academy Award-winning filmmakers Chai Vasarhelyi and Jimmy Chin (Free Solo), this documentary profiles Pulitzer Prize-winning Lynsey Addario, a war conflict photojournalist who has risked her life to capture the realities of war  from the Middle East to Ukraine. Known for her personal approach to her subjects, she has become one of the most influential photographers of the 21st century. 

Love+War  follows Addario’s career in male-dominated conflict photography while also detailing the personal sacrifices she has made along the way, including her decision to put herself in peril while her husband and two young sons remain at home in London. The film examines Addario’s struggle between her commitment to truth and journalism and the rewarding demands of parenthood, ultimately grappling with what it means to follow your passion even when it threatens everything you love.
