Three-time Emmy-winner Alexa L. Fogel is one of the most prolific and influential American Casting directors working today. She was the casting director for HBO’s first dramatic series, Oz, and went on to become the the series casting director for all five seasons of The Wire. More recently, she was behind hit series such as Black Rabbit, Ozark, Atlanta, Show Me A Hero and film productions ranging from Creed III to Judah and the Black Messiah.

Fogel will lift the curtain on how actors are matched to film and TV roles, how she found her way into this idiosyncratic profession, and the ins and outs of the myriad working relationships she maintains with talent, their management, directors, producers, and more.
