Bobbi Jene Smith makes the transformative decision to leave the famous Israeli dance company, Batsheva, to work as an independent choreographer in San Fransisco. Immersing herself in the competitive dance scene, Bobbi uses the life-changing choice to separate from her home country as a source of inspiration for her creative work in the U.S. Throughout Bobbi’s efforts to incorporate past experiences into her artistry, the stakes are raised as she struggles to maintain a long-distance relationship with fellow dancer, Or Schraiber.
