Breath
This directorial debut from Simon Baker (The Mentalist, The Devil Wears Prada) is based on the acclaimed novel by Australian author Tim Winton. Set on the coast of Australia in the mid 1970s, two teenage boys forge a friendship with an older, elusive pro surfer, Sando (Baker). He introduces the boys to the thrill of riding the waves and living in the moment. Filmed in Western Australia, Baker captures visually captivating sequences of the surfers and colossal tunnels of water.
