CATCH A KILLER
When Otto’s dreams of becoming the city’s youngest detective are put off-course, he cannot help but stay as close to the action as possible, landing a job as a working as a bioremediation specialist who cleans up after a serial killer. Employing his obsession-level knowledge of horror films and natural instincts, Otto begins to unravel the mystery behind the murders. He and his pregnant girlfriend Lex work to plot the killer’s next moves, leaving them with only one thing to do: Catch him.
Director Teddy Grennan combines horror, film noir, and romance to create this tragic neo-noir film that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Charlottesville and UVA audiences will find locations and friends on screen and behind-the-scenes, as many community members are part of the film’s cast and crew.
