DEFENDERS OF DEMOCRACY: The Thin Blue Line

The Center for Politics at UVA, in partnership with 10th Collective Creative Agency, explores the events leading up to the January 6, 2021, attacks on the U.S. Capitol, Congress, and the electoral certification process.
Featuring gripping first-hand accounts of those who courageously defended democracy on that day, this documentary details how victims from the day’s attack have sought justice and accountability to safeguard the electoral process and American political institutions, including the challenges they’ve faced in speaking out during the investigation of the events of January 6, 2021.
