EVERY LITTLE THING

EVERY LITTLE THING_FINAL

Terry Masear has devoted over eighteen years to nurturing and rehabilitating injured hummingbirds in her home in Beverly Hills. She forms deep connections with these delicate creatures, and in the process undergoes a personal restorative journey that’s as much a spiritual salve for her, and a physical one for them.

Filmmaker Sally Aitken captures the bustling spring-summer season of 2022, emphasizing Masear’s principled efforts to mend broken wings and nurture motherless nestlings. This portrayal subtly conveys how even the smallest acts of care are inherently worthwhile. Every Little Thing beautifully encapsulates one woman’s unwavering commitment to a lifetime of empathy, giving proof to the belief that grace is found in our smallest acts.
